Kevin Kiernan

Originally from Massachusetts, Kevin graduated from Babson College in 1990 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management and Accounting. Upon graduation he secured a job with a regional Public Accounting firm and achieved his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1993. In 1998, Kevin graduated from Boston University with a Masters in Business Administration. After graduation, he began working for the Kobren Insight Group, Inc as their Director of Finance. He has also served as the Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer for several Kobren Insight Group affiliated companies, investment advisors, and mutual funds.

In 2006, Kevin relocated with his family to Sarasota where he continues to work as the Director of Finance for the Kobren Insight Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies Alumni Partners II, LLC and Luca 2, LLC. Through his work for these companies, he became involved with investment in real estate tax certificates and tax deed land acquisitions. He currently manages an active portfolio of hundreds of available vacant lots for Alumni Partners II, LLC.

In 2014 Kevin obtained his Florida Real Estate License and recently became affiliated with Sarasota Bay Real Estate. He resides in Sarasota with his wife and two children.
